It was OK. I couldn't suspend my disbelief at the actions the protagonist took.
Next up was a book for my (in-person) book club:
Leadership by Henry Kissenger.
Not my usual sort of book! A book loking at six leaders from the second half of the 20th century. The third quarter of the 20th century is a period I don't really know much about, being before my time, but too near to have been in history books.
I don't think it's possible to draw any general information about leadership from the examples, but it was a fascinating read, especially as the author knew all the leaders personally.
Next up:
Between Two Thorns by Emma Newman. A freebie I read back in 2020, but I now have the next in the series and find I've forgotten the characters and plot! A quick re-read to check I do want to carry on with the series.
