You can do that, but you don't need to. Pocketbook has a Adobe DRM Management included. It means: You can download the books directly to your Pocketbook from the website of your book dealer.
Good other practices: You buy the book with your computer, use Adobe App to download the book and Calibre to convert it. Afterwards you have multiple options:
1. You can you dropbox. Pocketbook creates a folder in your dropbox account. Everything you put there will by downloaded automatically into your Pocketbook
2. You can use google drive (that's how I prefer it). Just log in with the pocketbook browser and download your books from your respective drive folder
3. You can send it via pocketbook mail service
4. You can send it to the pocketbook app. It will then sync automatically with your device
5. You can also use Calibre Sync Server via KOReader
6. You can connect via usb and just drag and drop them
You see, there are alot of ways to bring the books to your Pocketbook.
