There is Carta 1200 and 1250, but no 1300.

Yeah, some brands - like Kobo and others - claim that they have "Carta 1300 screen" in some of their devices, but E-Ink being the only manufacturer of these screens the ereader companies are just a sort of resellers. So probably kobo and the others just made this up, so they can show off something new comparable to their previous models.
E-Inks communication has always been spotty at best and their website is missing a lot of information.

There has been confusion about their naming schemes before and there were multiple times where they changed names after the fact.

A recent example would be their Kaleido colour display line-up. The first update was originally called "Kaleido 1.5" and the following one "Kaleido 2". They have since renamed Kaleido 1.5 to "Kaleido Plus". And Kaleido 2 is now Kaleido 3.

Old: Kaleido -> Kaleido 1.5 -> Kaleido 2
New: Kaleido -> Kaleido Plus -> Kaleido 3

If you look at teardowns of the Kobo Clara BW for example, which is said to have a Carta 1300 display, you can see that it definitely has a display with a different model number (ED060KHE) than previous devices.

You can see the correct model number on the pictures of step 37+ for example. The model number on the pictures in step 7 is different, because iFixit seems to have mixed up the pictures of the Clara BW and Clara Colour.
