False positives. As for an explanation of why they were flagged as malicious? You would have to check that with the companies involved. Though from my experience BKAV Pro seems to be the undisputed leader in producing generic false positives.

You choice as to whether or not you want to install it. I do have my personal choices as to which companies I tend to believe (Palo Alto Networks, Microsoft, TrendMicro, Sophos, etc.) when deciding whether or not a program is actually malware.
