Try it without the glass to see if it still does this, but yeah, I think it may be the issue with touch panel that they use. It's very sensitive since it can detect the amount of pressure from the pen. I found a weird case where it's skipping pages as well. If Scribe is leaning backwards or is face down when I'm using a pen, it'll jump up to two pages when tapped in a turn page area, from time to time. Finger tap works, gesture move pages works, it'll only be a problem when screen is taped with a pen. Cheap wireless page turner also exhibits no problems, so I'd recommend trying it out, if you're still keen on using a glass cover.
