Which was the expected light fun stuff, although with a backdrop of WWII London, blackmarketeers and spies.
After that I returned to Mercedes Lackey's Winds trilogy with
Winds of Fury. A good conclusion, although with an obvious setup for further trouble in the next books.
After that was
The Lost Plot by Genevieve Cogman. The fourth in her Invisible Library series, and most enjoyable it was too.
And now another recent purchase,
The Clutter Corpse by Simon Brett. The first in a new series of murder mysteries. Simon Brett is also the author of the Mrs Pargeter Mysteries, and the Charles Paris Mysteries.
