Just to add, the reason we did this fast follow-up release was to fix some recently discovered potentially severe crashing bugs and fix some usability issues. No new features were added.
We strongly suggest upgrading to Sigil 2.3.1 from both recent and older versions of Sigil and PageEdit since they should be quite stable and hopefully long-lived.
