@Deskisamess - If by PA you mean an administrator with no clinical qualifications then IMO it's the doctor who is unprofessional, here it could even be unlawful on privacy grounds if nothing else. Thankfully we get to choose our primary care doctor(s) rather than an insurance company or government algorithm.
