The Kindle Mate website is no longer active, but if you want to download the software, it's still available on Sourceforge: https://sourceforge.net/projects/kmate/files/

BTW. In 2024 and on Windows 11 the application still works. I just have to add the Kindle Scribe clippings manually as the app does not see MTP devices.
