Some more patch requests:
1. Setting to always trigger page refresh after exiting out of highlighting, adding a note, consulting the dictionary, etc. This would remove most ghosting I see on Kobo Clara BW.
2. Make text-align:left the default in Kepubs. I tried modifying "KePub stylesheet additions - text justify" in libnickel.so.1.0.0.yaml —I didn't get an error, but it didn't make any difference.
