Hello,
The right file to replace is : KoboReader.sqlite
The corrupted original KoboReader.sqlite file has therefore to be deleted ou renamed.
The backup.sqlite file has to be be copied in the .kobo directory of the reader then renamed as KoboReader.sqlite.
