If your AZW4 is a wrapper around a PDF file, I would suggest using KindleUnpack to extract the embedded PDF. The other issue in your log file is that DRM is not being removed from the AZW4. You might want to try installing an updated DeDRM version. See Automatic alpha release with latest changes. You will also want to check whatever keys you are using to decrypt the file.
