From the list of changes hardly seems worth installing, at least on my Clara BW on which I don't read manga.
I cracked the patches open yesterday alongside the firmware files with 4.40 and so far many work but a few have different offsets yet again (notably the ComfortLight patch, and some of the header/footer patches). I could make a quick list of the patches that fail on 4.40 a little bit later.
