Hi! I recently got a second-hand Note Pro since my friend switched to something else. I updated it to Android 9 so it would run some newer apps and upgraded the firmware from 3.0 to 3.1 yesterday. Currently on Build Number 2021-05-20_10-53_3.1_f1d2ad8. I'm pretty sure there's a newer firmware floating around, but my device says "This is already the latest version."

The Note Pro 3.2 firmware from the Boox website only works for the Android 6 version I think. I attempted to use it and it said the package was damaged.

Could anyone help me get it to update? The help pages on the Boox website mentioned something about updates rolling out in batches, but I don't think 3.2 is all that new? I made some notes with tags on firmware 3.2 before I upgraded the Android version and would like the ability to do that again.

Any help appreciated!
