I doubt many people here have used both calibre and Tagspaces in anger.
At one stage I stored links to Evernote 'notes' in the calibre Author Link field, but I scrapped that when calibre gained its calibre:// URL feature.
That feature has since been extended to provide URL links in all category columns — Authors, Tags, Publishers, Series etc — and user defined custom columns. And the same columns can now have Rich Text Format notes attached to them.
