User preferences for the MobileRead website
Does this forum have anywhere for members to set preferences? I haven't been able to find anything related to how the webpages are rendered. Specifically, I was looking for a preference to enable "dark mode".

I have tried all the various dark modes that are built into Chrome/Chromium browser that I use, and unfortunately they all look horrible on MobileRead. I know some forums have their own built-in dark mode, accessible in user preferences, others do not. Does this website have that feature? There could be a whole webpage of settings somewhere that I just haven't found yet.
