It is a shame that the answers while sounding as positive as possible are still very political - they will give as much information as possible without actually answering any of the questions.
I applaud your efforts for continually striving to get a fairer and better deal from Waterstones - personally I gave up...
The one positive note that I did get from the reply was that the 'eBook Buyer' reads the forum (how much I have no idea - would be beneficial if he posted!)
Still looking forward to the day that eBooks are fairly priced in the UK...
