Hi David thanks to your help I was able to restore, a little late, my Kobo GLO because the sd was completely damaged so replaced with a 64gb one. The Kobo GLO works fine but I noticed that the software now indicates me as model N514 (on the chassis it is stamped N613) and there is no longer the serial number which is now 0.
Can all this create problems?
