I have a Kobo ClaraHD (N249) that's a number of years old-probably 6-10 or so. Last fews months I've had the thing freeze up on me after it's been asleep. Can't turn it off, the button seems deactivated. Only way to get it going again is to put it on the charger. In all cases, the device has battery. It's happened now 3 times in the last 3 months. I did update the software, but this morning I couldn't wake it. Does anybody have any ideas. Thanks
