I searched and found out here that I should allow addition of non e-book files in settings.

Now the question is, can I add only these missing formats to related book entries at once? or should I do another import from scratch?

Thanks
AFAIK there's no simple way to add different non-ebook format files to existing books in bulk. So, I'd start from scratch.

That Edit Rule dialogue you found might have changed a bit - this should work.
