I can't convert the file to epub or pdf, i add the .azw (blue icon) to calibre and already can't see metadata such as thumbnail, author and title even thought i have the extensions installed.. furthermore when i try to convert the file to epub or pdf i get that the book has drm enabled.
Not enough info.
Try the following
  1. Delete the book.
  2. Press Ctrl+Shift+R to restart in debug mode.
  3. Import the book.
  4. Log out of calibre.
  5. Post the log file.
