Two of my Kindles that got OTA update restarted shortly after I checked and saw they were running 5.16.10.0.1. I don't know what that means, as I usually update manually but in this case there didn't seem to be any reason to. Another Kindle that got OTA could have restarted too for all I know.
@jhowell reviewed the firmware for other changes; one had to do with a new implementation of sync db, the other a new 'underline' annotation type (IIRC).
