There are lots of possibilities, but I don't want to lose my original request so will restate it:
I want "one long scrolling page as in a web browser" which is the exact description of "Settings | Flow mode". I use the mouse wheel to keep hands off the keyboard.
But currently, the book jumps a page at every chapter break which can't be foreseen, and recovery via the mouse wheel is touchy.
SO - I still request the option to have no break between chapters when scrolling.
