To say I am disappointed would be an understatement....
From what I can tell, they no longer respond to emails - the support ticket form seems to be the only way to get through. I waited over 2 weeks for an email response before responding to a ticket with another ticket - and got a response the next day.

It wasn't the most useful response - but it was a response.
