Does anyone have any nice template files they would be willing to share for inclusion in the Sigil User Guide.

I am looking for any and all interesting versions of:

cover-template2.xhtml
cover-template3.xhtml
user-template2.xhtml
user-template3.xhtml
user-template2.css
user-template3.css
sgc-index.css
sgc-nav.css

that people might be using.

In addition for those who use the css cycling in Preview their versions of:

custom_preview_style.css
custom_previewstyle_alt.css

Possibly for checking appearances in both light and dark themes or for whatever purpose they are being used.

All of this is meant for a new "Advanced Topics" chapter to add to the latest Sigil User Guide.
