Yeah ... I stopped reading the Anita Blake series because it made me "think too hard". Try the other one, it got bells on... IF she tried to make her readers think she obviously failed very, very hard.

Starting with the first book and then growing steadily more annoying.
What I disliked even more was the more and more laughable opponents (can you spell "overpowered but ridiculous" any stronger? I mean .. many fantasy series suffer from "stronger and stronger" symptoms, but few as serious as this serie...)
