Reading List puts a pin icon in the leftmost column of Calibre. Is there a way to either make the pin icon invisible (so it doesn't take up space) or put it somewhere else?

I'm only using the plugin to have a record of the books on my Kobo. I only need to view the list when I click View List.

Apologies if I'm missing something obvious.

EDIT: I can't hide the ondevice column, since it is not a user defined column. I can move it to the right so that it's not visible. However, when I View List in Reading List, it comes back to the leftmost column and stays there until I restart Calibre.
