Poison Promise is the eleventh in the Elemental Assassin series by Jennifer Estep. It's on sale for £2.99 at Kindle UK, which is a bit high IMO for a book that is more than a decade old. OTOH, it's hasn't been on sale for less in either the US or UK, per eReaderIQ.
