I have access to it, but so far, symptoms are pretty mild. Will ask my PCP and/or the pharmacist. Either one can prescribe up here.
ETA: Pharmacist ordering it S/B here tomorrow afternoon. Biggest concern so far is that it's bumped my B/P up some 25 points. And I have a frog where I used to have a voice.
