Because I can't find a good data source of word difficulty for most languages, the default difficulty values are converted from the word frequency and all words are enabled. You can customize(and disable) the words difficulty value manually in the plugin settings window or edit the word wise sqlite database file.
I almost forget about the China account issue since Amazon exited China a few years ago, if you still have the old file, you can compare the files to see the words censored for Chinese users.
