I'm having the same issue. It started right after updating to the latest version. Despite the error, it does complete the initiating task.
I've swapped around USB cables, tries multiple ports, etc. It has no faulty properties when it's connected and I scan my system for details on PnP devices, either. Moreover, when I have some more time I will try a few other things to see if I can isolate an issue on my end.
