Now that it is done I bought a Kindle, and now I am trying to find a way to get my book on it without going through Amazon. I've googled and found tips, but none work for me. (I'm using an older version of calibra on a Win 7 machine.) Seems to me it should be as easy as copying the epub file to the correct directory on the Kindle.
