Left justified is said to be easier to read if you have dyslexia.

As for left vs full, I prefer full with hyphenation.

If you prefer left, you're best to edit the CSS and change the alignment to left. If you use the justification setting in the Aa menu and set it to left, centered text will also be left and no longer centered.
