Thanks to all. I didn’t want a phone call, what I wanted was for Amazon to have a digital record of what i was saying, maybe it would be forwarded. A phone call will stop with the person on the phone. I’m going to try this:

I don’t need any immediate help, I just wanted to complain about the changes to their deals of the day format, paltry selection of late, and thier recent practice of passing off public domain books for 1.99 in thier ‘deals of the day’ list.
