There are many models of that kind of shopping cart, they are popular in Europe, here pretty much every supermarket has a cheap version on sale for under 20 euros, but they can’t compare to the rolser one, they only have 2 hells, so can only be pulled and only go strait, as opposed to the one I showed that can turn in every direction and is very easy to maneuver.
