Btw, while I was looking back at the first post. Something looks confusing to me:

Converting Comics and Manga:
Quote:
KFX comics sideloaded to an e-ink Kindle display in manga mode, even if they are not manga, and panel view does not function. Conversely, manga mode does not function in the Android or iOS Kindle app, but comics with panels will display using Guided View.
When creating comics in Kindle Create 'Reading Direction' is now preserved. Also, is there a difference between Panel View and Guided View? If they're the same, then they do work, as long as panels are created in Kindle Create. I'm not exactly sure if they always worked. I remember that Guided View didn't work on a test file that I did a while back, now it works. It could be that I just didn't know how to enable it on the reader, or that it started to work with one of the updates on Kindle. I'm leaning towards the latter as I remember tapping the screen like a fool trying to get it to work, but who knows. It's the same file, so it's nothing to do with KFX Output and Kindle Create versions.

The plugin is also not able to convert fixed layout comics and manga from source formats such as CBR, CBZ, EPUB, or MOBI.
CBR and CBZ files can be converted. But need to be unpacked and then repacked into KFS with Kindle Create. They're simple zip or rar files with images that can be unpacked with a file archive software. It's then possible to create KFS files out of them in Kindle Create. Same should go for EPUB and MOBI, but process will be a bit longer.
