I created an account just to reply because I'm having the same problem. I haven't been able to upload normal vanilla PDFs, which worked fine yesterday. Since you're experiencing the same issue, it seems like an Amazon server problem. Hopefully, it will resolve soon. You might also want to check your
DNS servers to ensure they're not contributing to the issue. Unfortunately, I don't know where to report this to Amazon either.
