I choose this one because I can push it, so my posture while walking is better than having the arm twisted behind me to pull it, and the swiveling wells are great, I find that the heavier it is the easiest it is to push, and I find it easier to make the transition from the road to the sidewalk pushing then pulling.
Two additional things I like about it , the wells are soft rubber so they make less noise then the ones that are hard plastic, and it folds nicely so it can be stored easily and I can take it inside the store hanging on my shopping cart.
They are not cheap but they are totally worth the money, in my opinion.

This kind of trolley is the only one that my mother uses (she uses it as a cane too). They are very, very common in Spain.
