Hello,

I've been trying for several hours now to disable Calibre's automatic addition of a cover page titled titlepage.xhtml because I want to use my own HTML code for the cover page, but I can't find how to disable this addition. Can you please explain how to do this?

I tried many things ; Unchecking options, removing 'cover' titles from the content.opf file, inserting HTML cancellation code, etc., but nothing worked.

I'm using the latest version of Calibre, which is 7.13.0.
