Hi,
I have an EPUB book with a TOC file that has multiple levels of nesting within the sections. I convert the EPUB to AZW3 using Calibre, and when I transfer it to the Kindle via USB, the table of contents loses all the nesting of the book's sections and displays everything at the same level. Do you know what might be causing this?
