What did you use to 'Correct' the book.
The Editor Edits the Library copy (assumes you did a normal 'save' before you exited the Editor.
If you did a
Save As..., That is where you chose (which might be the last used place.
Open the Editor from the
Start Menu:
File:
Recently opened should have it listed near the top
