There's something screwy going on here.
https://shop.boox.com/products/gocolor7 says this is UFS.
But it's clearly a 64 GB eMMC.
I guess that they cheapened it up and never told the marketing folks?

Please post the result of "edl /g".

Check to make sure that the image is all zeroes, then:

Is it a problem that you can't write anything?
