When it installs the hotfix do 2 more reboot, again. Then check if you now have mkk folder.

Why does this happen? I just had the exact same problem. Applying the hotfix inside languagebreak did nothing, i had to google a lot until i found this method. I'm on PW3, i don't know why this happened.
