Using your example IP address (instead of my real IP address) I would have configured OPDS as 192.168.0.73:8080/opds. But I still couldn't connect to Calibre's server with that iPad. Calibre trouble shooting documentation (https://manual.calibre-ebook.com/ser...r-home-network) suggested as a test to try accessing 127.0.0.1:8080 with a web browser on the computer running the Calibre server. The fact that this doesn't work suggests to me that the problem is on the server side, not the client side. But I don't know how to proceed from there.

Or am I misunderstanding your point?
