Hello, I have a Tolino Vision 1 model e-book reader. Although there is no book inside, its internal memory appears to be full. When I try to connect it to the computer, it charges but does not connect to the computer.

When I try to reset to factory settings,
Formatting /data...
Formatting /cache...
Finding update package...
Opening update package...
Verifying update package...
E:failed to verify whole-file signature
E:signature verification failed

After doing this, the software is reset but the internal memory is not reset.There was no such problem before the last update. Is there anyone who can help?
