The Executioner's Song - Norman Mailer. A chilling 'novel' and an incredible read.

Harlot's Ghost - Norman Mailer - Actually unfinished, due to Mailer's death.

The Company: A Novel of the CIA - Robert Littell - I have not yet read this one.

The Kindly Ones - Jonathan Littell - This is a very disgusting novel, (his second novel), but I'm glad I read it. (I purchased this on July 1, 2009. It was the very first ebook purchased for my very first Kindle.) For the sheer intellectual growth of this writer, one I find ASTONISHING in the history of writing, read this huge novel and the themes it handles compared with his very first novel, an SF piece of dreck called Bad Voltage, published in 1989.
