Did you install it on Inkpad 4 ? What process did you use ? The same than for Inkpad 3?

Of course, it doesn't show the update in the menu, because it's a Pocketbook update, not Vivlio.

Installation needs to be done manually using physical buttons. Turn off the Inkpad, hold down the "left" + "right" keys and connect the USB cable. After connecting the USB cable, the book reader should automatically turn on and the button held down should start the update.

But before switching from Vivlio to Pocketbook, ask yourself whether you want to do it and how profitable it is for you. You will need the Vivlio update file to return to Vivilo.
