Absolutely! I am heading to Mexico next week and intend to enjoy myself thoroughly. Especially since the crowds will be sparse now. It is very hard to catch flu in a hot muggy environment. Put 20M people together on a volcanic plateau and add some droplet spread contagion and you might get about a 1% infection rate. Which is what they got.
