Please note that since calibre uses the title, authors, whatever that is in the calibre metadata, you can mix languages in what you see in the exported version.
The first attached image is the 3 books in my calibre library, the next 3 images are the books saved to disk with cover image and .opf file in directories based on the author sort field, the last image shows the author sort based directories.
