Your image gives a 404 error. I suspect a permissions error. I would suggest using the paperclip icon or the Manage Attachments button to attach it to your message.
For me, the reboot was not needed until the 4.38 firmware revision. It does not appear to be an issue in 4.39 on my Libra Colour.
I've attached an image of the configuration I use with Windows for my database backups (replace the file path with your preference).
